2. Returns for customized General Tag products are not supported, as these items are tailored to the original purchaser's specifications and cannot be resold.
3. In the event of an error from the supplier's end, such as discrepancies in customization (e.g., font color, content) or product damage, customers may request a replacement if the seller is notified within 7 days of order delivery date.
4. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
