Return/Replacement Policy
Eligibility:
1. Customers can return any unopened, non-customized General Tag product with the original brand tags intact within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or replacement, regardless of the reason.
2. Returns for customized General Tag products are not supported, as these items are tailored to the original purchaser's specifications and cannot be resold.
3. In the event of an error from the supplier's end, such as discrepancies in customization (e.g., font color, content) or product damage, customers may request a replacement if the seller is notified within 7 days of order delivery date.
4. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Process for Return and Replacement:
To initiate a return or replacement:
1. Notify the seller within 7 days from the date of delivery regarding the reason for the return or replacement.

3. Provide detailed information about the issue, such as a customization error or product damage, along with any necessary supporting images.
4. The seller will validate your return eligibility and initiate the process for either return or replacement upon receiving your notification and verifying the provided details.

1. Transit time for the General Tag return to reach us: 5 to 10 business days.
2. Processing time for your General Tag return or replacement: 3 to 5 business days.
