I was finally able to reach someone at General Tag in regards to my order. They expedited getting it customized and shipped to me on time for the holidays. I am very happy with the product and the embroidery on my item. I would have revised my 1 start to a 5 star, but the several weeks of no contact was very frustrating, especially at the holidays.
