I wasn’t even going to write a review—until I got an email asking me to rate an order that was supposedly “fulfilled” two weeks ago. The problem? It never showed up.
I got multiple emails saying it shipped, but nothing arrived. When I followed up, I got a one-sentence brush-off: “it’s being shipped.” No fix, no apology, no explanation, no effort. Expedited shipping would’ve been the reasonable way to make it right, but that didn’t happen either.
What makes it worse is this was custom branded gear I need for coaching. The season is only 10 games long, and at this rate I might get it by the last one.
Still waiting. If it doesn’t arrive by the weekend, I’ll be asking for a refund. Sloppy communication, tone-deaf service, and a flat-out frustrating experience.
