Very slow delivery.

I purchase items that I needed personalize for a football team. Items were ordered on 8/8 with estimated delivery of 8/19-8/20. On 8/23 my items still had not be delivered, so I requested a refund and ordered them from somewhere else. Items that were way past delivery date and no longer needed were delivered on 9/3. Refund request response received on 9/29. This is horrible customer service. Shipping labels should be created when the items are actually ready to be shipped to give customers an accurate timeline of when to expect their item. Or possibly customer service could update customers when they know shipping is delayed. Either way, this was my first and last time ordering from here. I can't attest to the condition of the product because I don't need it anymore and never opened the package.
